September is National Library Card Sign Up Month! Special Needs Families that live in Lowell are invited to the library for a tour of the Children's Department, an exclusively designed storytime, and of course, to get library cards! Everyone in the family is welcome to attend and to get library cards.

If you want to get a library card, the parent/guardian must bring identification with their name and current Lowell address.
