It is with great regret that we have to make this announcement from the Friends of the Pollard Memorial Library: 

We're sorry to announce that this year's Children's Shopping Day has been cancelled. Today we assessed the amount of donations for the event and decided that it isn't going to be enough for the many eager young shoppers planning to come to the event next week. 

We want to thank you and your network of friends and family who might have dropped off donations at the library this fall. We are going to store these donations for now and look forward to a future day of fundraising fun with our community.
