For Pollard eCard patrons only who signed no later than August 14, 2020. Additional dates will be added in the future for other eCard recipients. 

Convert your current eCard to a physical card, which will allow you to borrow anything from the Library that we own!

eCard patrons must bring proof of name and current Lowell residency to the back entrance of the building. Accepted proof of name and residency include an unexpired driver’s license or photo ID with current address listed or any official form/piece of posted mail with your name and current address (utility bill, rental agreement, car registration, etc.)

eCard patrons wishing to convert their card must make a reservation. 

For patrons in the same family, each member must be registered to convert their card.
